I am a curatrix of erotic wellness.

Welcome to my personal library.

Actually, I prefer to think of it more like treasure map…. of books, workshops, courses, downloads…. all manner of weird and wonderful finds along my journey.

I hope you’ll find your own ‘x marks the spot.’

Books

I’ve been a lifelong sexual autodidact. Even as a child, when I wanted to know about something, I found a book!

There are more books on sex, tantra, love, relating, etc. than any of us will ever have time to read. Use my ‘cheat sheet’ to save you time - these books are absolutely critical to a well-rounded, deeply embodied sexual education:

Workshops, retreats & teachers

These are all beautiful, immersive experiences to facilitate your introduction into tantra or to guide you in turning ‘vanilla’ sex into something more conscious or sacred:

communities

These are all stunning residential communities who (once COVID-19 has been integrated) would be delighted to host you for a short stay (to dip your toes in their amazing pools) or a longer sojourn (live-in worker meditation programs) depending on your appetite and their availability. I have spent enough time in each to recommend them based on their heartfulness and maturity:

Deeper courses & educational pursuits for practitioners

Should you find yourself called to even deeper self-exploration, or possibly wanting to become a practitioner, these are courses I have either taken myself or advocate for because they are led by trusted friends:

online resources (great blogs, vlogs and more about sexuality and relating)

These are sites I love to peruse myself or refer clients to for particular goodies:

  • Layla Martin - This “Headmistress of Pleasure” publishes amazing videos on everything you ever wanted to know about sex but were afraid to ask….

  • Mark Manson - Grounded life and relationship advice from a switched on guy with a wickedly dry sense of humor, who doesn’t give a f*ck
